Important Notes About Using This Online System

 
BEFORE YOU BEGIN, PLEASE Read These Notes Carefully & ENTIRELY

You will use this website to submit your proposal electronically. You may return to this site to edit your proposal until the registration date has passed or your advisor has locked your proposal.

Once you have submitted your proposal, you will receive a login code. Please make a note of this code, as you will need it to edit your proposal.

Please note, this site does NOT automatically save your work for you or spell-check. To avoid losing your work or submitting erroneous content, please type your text in Microsoft Word or some other word processing program, check for errors, and then copy and paste the sections into this site.

Be sure to save a copy of whatever your submit for your own records.

On the submission screen, you must click the "SUBMIT MY PROPOSAL" button to submit your proposal. Clicking this button will send your proposal to your advisor for review. Your advisor will submit final drafts of the proposals to the State Office.

Proposal numbers will be assigned in the order in which proposals are submitted. If you need to make a change to your proposal, please log back in and edit the proposal. DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW ONE.
