Read These Notes Carefully & ENTIRELY, BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You will use this website to submit your bill electronically. You may return to this site to edit your bill until the registration date has passed or your advisor has locked your bill.

Once you have submitted your bill, you will receive a login code. Please make a note of this code, as you will need it to edit your bill.

Please note, this site does NOT automatically save your work for you or spell-check. To avoid losing your work or submitting erroneous content, please type your text in Microsoft Word or some other word processing program, check for errors, and then copy and paste the sections into this site.

Be sure to save a copy of whatever your submit for your own records.

On the submission screen, you must click the "SUBMIT MY BILL" button to submit your bill. Clicking this button will send your bill to your advisor for review. Your advisor will submit final drafts of the bills to the State Office.

Bill numbers will be assigned in the order in which bills are submitted. If you need to make a change to your bill, please log back in and edit the bill. DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW ONE.
